D.A Rich Management company is not the most honorable company. DA Rich does not take care of his property in a timely manner, or sometimes at all. We have had slip and falls in the parking lots and sidewalks because of snow and ice not being shoveled; we have pot holes in our parking lots that have not been filled in. Our parking spaces have not been re-painted since last year when they did a 'patch job'...so no one can see where their parking space is; storm grate in grassy area fell in where children play. It was reported to DA Rich and Tom Rich, but has not been taken care of. Phone calls do not get returned, A letter of complaint has been sent to the CT BBB reporting the lack of responsibility and professionalism from DA Rich. I wish I had nice things to say, but unfortunately it seems that our complaints fall on deaf ears. DA Rich is not concerned with maintaining their responsibility for maintenance, safety, or upkeep. Very unsatisfied, would never recommend them.
