Telephone conversation with Mr. Patrick explained to him I have a few older watches that I would like to have repaired. He has a very positive outlook which made me feel good about his service. mailed him the items for repair did not have to show up at his store. Was able to get the job done at a very reasonable price. Others that I spoke to did not have that positive outlook. Or felt it was more than they wanted to take on. Turnover time was great I am now able to use something that only sat in my dresser drawer. I would definitely do business with this company again. Return shipping was very well packed did not have to worry about damage. Thank you again Mr. Patrick his workmanship was better than new Robert in Rockland County.
