Started out optimistically only to be crushed like a bug under concrete. We reserved a rental truck to be picked up at 10:00. However, they had to give our truck away; no explanation just a promise that they're bringing in a different truck from a different location and that it will be here 15 minutes later. Oh, alright. No biggie. Hour later and there is still no truck, we left furious, and had to call off all of our helpers for the day. How do you promise a truck to a customer and then not give them one? The employees didn't seem very empathetic either and never gave a direct answer. Terrible experience.
