First let me say Miguel and his partner were great installers of the ceramic tile. Did a great job. My salesman Jon was very nice and knowledgeable. The inspector "Art" was very nice and went out of his way to be helpful!
Their estimator was very ignorant and did know his job!!! Made many mistakes and would not listen to me on how I wanted the job done. Their carpet installers did a poor job. The carpet installers also broke a floor tile and tried to cover it up by gluing the tile pieces back in place without telling me about it. I will have Art come check it out. Don't know who they are but one was very large and one small and thin, and neither spoke English good enough to understand almost anything. Poor clean up after installation.
Big Bobs VP "Ted" did a great job after the fact taking care of me. Their scheduling team need a little work. So this is an update. They seem to want to help their customers with problems. Thanks
