I had them install door speakers in my hatch with the speakers I supplied with the hardware. The speakers were installed, but the hardware I had included like adapters so that cutting and splicing the factory wiring would not be necessary. This makes it extremely difficult to return back to stock if needed because the stock speakers scratch to a clip at the end of the harness. Now there are two wires, so I pretty much need to try and find new clip ends from a junk yard or get a whole new harness for the speakers. Pieces of cut plastic were on the floor, and it just looked unprofessional. My experience didn't make me feel like they value the customers as much as the need to. This is just my experience.

wonderful people that work at stereo one.very helpful for what .i was recommanded by 3 people and was happy that i came to stereo one for the 3 remote starts i bought for xmas.

Once I walked in to the store,boom 2 guys help me and I got me a stereo and while I was waiting the offered me water and had a conversation the whole time I was there.once it was done they showed me how it worked. These guys show they take care of my customers!

theses dudes are sick! they did everything i wanted perfect! and the salesmen helpped me with all my needs and treats me like im his friend. he talked to me the whole time i was there. not like the other shops ive been in they just let me sit and wait.they got my business whenever i need some sounds! hope you guys do it big! and thanks again

im not from yakima but i was in town and i was with out a stereo and so i was browseing around and i went to 3 store in yakima and stereo one was by far the best they were clean,fast,and jes was like up front with everything he told told me how fast what i needed and if i didnt know what he was talking about he was very detailed with somehing he said and man those guys r fast when in comes to audio and clean work but back in memphis shops just like to break things but not here i checked my whole ford and nothing these guys can do it all and they fixed a window that didnt work for a really good price that some one would charge big amount. but the store down the street didnt know even half of stereo one cuz i was speaken to a young lady that had to ask a price for everything! and not so professional but stereo one was on it!! and i did look on yp.com to find a store before i looked around but all these reviews people have left is so true the salesman can sale and work with what you got and he knows what goes with what to make sound good and while i was waiting he would clean and offer a drink and talk to me. he is very smart young man,while i was listening to him speak to customer he just had it all just because he knew what can make what sound good but anyways stereo one is the best store in the northwest. what made me really glad he dont care the way you look.ive been in stores that judge you for the clothes you dress and he helpped me like im anyone else. so people you can look around but you will really find out whos the best once you go to stereo one thanks a lot guys!!!!!!

i give these guys thumbs up just because it was about 10 pm and i went to the audio store the road from stereo one and they told me there closed and to come tomorrow pretty rude so i was on my way home and i saw stereo one ive never seen the place there but i noticed the open sign was off but i saw people in there so i went to check it out.so i went and some salesmen i think jessy he said come rite and he showed all the things i wanted and they were way cheaper than the other audio shop from down the road and i asked so can u install it and said yes and did even say umm he said yes in a second and he was with his brother so i thought it would take forever to to 3 12" and 4 headrest and a double din but they really shocked me like really i did similer things to my other cars and audios stores would take like 8 hours for things like that but these guys got my business for sure they did it in 4 hours so when u want work done fast this is the place to go but i just liked how they set every thing up for one example they put my amp where my back window is but between the big cover that covers my back speakers so that i could see the amp ot the wire also they made a a openig for the amp can breath like they did it for free install so i was happy with that and like i can go on and on like these guys made a compartment in my middle consol where i can put a ps3 for my children to play off the headrest but over all stereo one is good. now i know when you go to cheap priced places you get good work but you only get that at stereo one. thank you again jessy and stereo one told you i would tell people

very clean place and and quick and neat work and the young man could sale and give u a hell of a deal.
