He saved me the cost of a service call when he told me a quick item to check on my printer that was not working. The owner is willing to give great service over just trying to make a fast buck. All the other companies I called before calling this one went straight into the sales pitch of $/hr and said I would probably need the maintenance kit too (which would cost an additional $300). This was the only place that didn't try to take me.

We have been an customer for a couple of years now. It took quite a while to decide what copier to purchase when we were doing research. The Xerox copier we finally decided on was top notch. Infinity's knolodgeable sales people made the process easy and the ongoing service has been excellent. I would highly recommend them!
