Yeah they incorrectly diagnosed a suspension rattle, said it was all kinds of things including the control arm bushing. I had another shop look at my car and they said wow, take a look, dont see anything wrong with the control arm bushing do you? I can't believe this shop is busy!! Busy ripping a lot of people off!! wow, BOYCOTT this location!!!

Ordered a set of tires there an a Monday and a week later am still waiting to see if they got them in. Actually, not waiting anymore. I'm sure some other tire place will be willing to take my $1050. Thanks for nothing Belle Tire Woodhaven.

I bought a tire there and I will say it was the cheapest. Got home and looked at my receipt and found they charged me an additional $20.00 for a warranty. I was never offered that nor would I want it. Sneaky and sly Look at your receipts when buying tires everyone!

Good tires

Dropped our vehicle there for an alignment. They broke off the key in our ignition and said it really was'nt their fault as my car is 10 years old and these things "just happen". They refused to pay for repairs. After much discussion, the manager(with no people skills) begrudgingly offered to pay for 50% of the replacement part. Wow, thanks a bunch! A apology would have been nice also but these people have absolutely no idea what customer satisfaction is all about. Also, did I mention they don't honor their warranties?

they say no extras right..but they don't tell you they will sell you a service do it wrong then when you return to have the problem corrected you pay again NO free BALANCE NO FREE ROTATION dont believe it trust me i got ripped off 300 bucks dealing with these liars.

I felt I was talked downed to being female, and after my car was "repaired" it was worse than before and there fixing my problem made my tire go flat after they had fixed the boot off of that tire, I will never go back and they did nothing to help fix the situation.
