Been going there for many year's off on had a sabb.there fantastic.nice people.right to the punch..family owned.not out to take your money..they get the job done RIGHT..as a woman its hard to trust..people will say this needs this that.not this place.honest I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.got a quote price.other ones would've robbed me.almost fell on the floor.Bill auto is honest very well priced..I'll only go here now..prompt.polite family business for many many years.my friends mother went here she recommended this place to me..very family like.almost like your family they make you feel welcomed.do not waist your time calling checking elsewhere.one stop great work..

My old car had a problem with starter and I trusted the local towing company to tow it to this garage. These people called me later and told me the problem will be fixed and the cost is more than $400. I did not think the problem was that big and said I did not want it to be fixed by this price. Obviously they were mad at me and charged me $100 for diagnosis. They accepted credit card normally but not for my case. I guess they were afraid that I would call my credit card company to cancel that payment. I had to go to the bank to get the cash! The worst thing was that they made a mess with the starter already and I couldn't get anyone else to fix it. I finally donated my car!I went to Woburn police department and reported this matter and so far, no result yet. So my suggestion to you is that DO NOT consider to let your car serviced by these people!
