Quick and efficient office, however, I've had the absolutely WORST customer care service I've ever experienced in my 37 years. One pleb there (wish she had her name tag on, but this was probably on purpose) was the rudest most unpleasant person to deal with and considering she was drawing 5 viles of blood from me, it was quite disturbing. Ignorant is an understatement. You ask a question and she ignores you or curtly asks "what?". I don't know how to say it other than she was a complete "witch" (holding back real thoughts on here of course). Beware.
