I did not like this place until a younger manger starter named Jeff that cares so much about every single customer .. I am now a pet kraze customer again ... I am so happy they found a person that cares !!!

There's no place i'd rather shop than at Pet Kraze in Chadds Ford. My dog suffered from allergies for years....until I walked into Pet Kraze. Not only dd I recieve an education about how to tackle the problems my dog was having, I NOW have a lab that no longer has ANY signs of allergies. He's never looked and felt better and we couldn't be happier. We are forever grateful to the experienced staff of Pet Kraze. Thank you!!!

Beautiful store, friendly and knowledgable staff, very well stocked. They always seem to have what I'm looking for even "odd ball" items. Staff seems legitimately interested in customers uniquely different situations. I'm very pleased and have been back numerous times. Highly recommend.
