Though I enjoy my sessions with Dr. Wadhwa, and my counselor, Connie Deptula, the front desk staff are mostly horrific. Most, not all, are very rude, unprofessional, and have terrible unpleasant attitudes. They laugh, giggle, gossip, and talk about their personal affairs while clients are waiting. By their conduct they appear to be quite ignorant with low educational values. How a professional would employ such an offensive atmosphere is beyond me.

My first and last visit at harmonious mind was not very pleasant,beginning with the receptionist she was not very professional at all this place did not make you feel warm or welcomed and the therapist was not very sympathetic to my needs I ended up feeling worst after I left my appointment,I will never return there and wouldn't recommend...

I have seen the doctors there and they are very good at what they do I could ask for a better place to have gone for my treatment. plus I now don't have to worry about my health around others with meds and therapy I can move forward and not feel ashamed of my self.

Dr. Wadwha is a very good psychologist who listens and works well with her patients. Unfortunately, her office staff is incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. The staff makes continuous mistakes making and scheduling appointments. They are very defensive and will not correct these mistakes even after shown that they were incorrect. They have tried to bill for appointments that were never scheduled. I would highly not recommend using this office even though Dr. Wadwha herself is very good. It is not worth the trouble.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AFTER THREATNING ME IT WAS SUCH A HORRIBLE SITUATION I WILL NEVER RESCHEDULE WITH THEM I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT THEY WERE RUDE THEY WERE QUICK TO PUSH MY SON TO ANOTHER COUNSELOR

I am having the same trouble with the receptionists I talk to on the phone and on media sites. There must be more people annoyed with the base staff. I'm discouraged before I ever go for my first appointment. Owners, you should look into this problem.

I tried the on-line appointment request at Harmonius Minds & after a week went by, I finally received a text message & they wanted a bit more info. However, when I responded by text message, more than a week went by with no response. When I called them to inquire, I spoke with the most unprofessional clerk that I've ever encountered - she told me that they delete the on-line request forms, so she could not pull up my info & had no record of sending me a text! So when I asked about their business process of requesting on-line appointments but then deleting them - she told me, "Look, we handle over 5,000 patients at this facility, so we can't be expected to keep everything on file forever!" I proceeded to make the appointment with her, though she pushed me out for more than a month & was sarcastic when doing so. I subsequently located a Psychologist very near my home that took my appointment right away and I am thrilled with her. I do NOT recommend Harmonious Minds because of the rude, inconsiderate, sarcastic, superior, patronizing, and unprofessional people they hire - makes a person wonder what caliber the counselors and doctors are at this practice.
