Customer services sucks I’ll never recommend anybody to go there!!!!!

I was the father of the bride and could not have had a worse experience. I was fitted for my tux about 3 weeks before the wedding. When I was measured for my jacket it was determined that I needed a size 49S. On my return to pick up the tux on July 17th 2 days before the wedding, my pants wears 1 1/2 inches to short, my waist was 2 inches to big, my shirt collar was 1inch to big and they got the wrong size shoes. Then I tried on the jacket and it was way to big. Len then gave me another one to try on and it was way to small and I was told by Len that they don't have a size 49S but they would see what could be done. When I returned on Friday, the day before they got everything right but they could not do anything about the jacket so my choice was to swim in a coat that was way to big or be STUFFED into one that was way to small. I had no choice so I chose the small one and figured that I would remove it after pictures. I expressed my disappointment to Len and he did give a credit for the tux and said he was sorry. Fortunately I was able to find another tuxedo rental place on my way home and in 20 minutes they fitted me in a size 50 tux that was tapered and fit me perfectly.
It is amazing to me that a place that rents tuxedos was not able to do alterations and get a person into a tux that they could wear is able to stay in business.
One other thing that I found odd was the fact that they had to have all alterations done from a place in Scranton and that is why I had to come back on Friday.

My husband and I love this store! This was our first time visiting DE and someone at our church told us about Collars' N Cuffs. When we entered the store we were greeted w/ such warmth, and was given outstanding service! The customer service was tremendous! I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for quality suits at a very reasonable price, but they are beautiful suits! We are keepers w/ this store!
