I'm very impressed with the customer service that I received at Electronic Hospital. My brand new Samsung washer broke after only three weeks. When I called and explained the problem they knew exactly what was wrong with it, ordered the part and came out the next afternoon to repaired it under warranty. I highly recommend them.

Very bad service. Employees were snotty and they took 7 weeks to repair our TV which was under warranty. They would not communicate with the Mfr. about the warranty (as we found out on our own) and when they finally delivered, we had to remind them to hook up all the wires so we could see if it worked. I would not go back again nor recommend their reluctant service/workers.

I have been very satisfied by the in-house technician from Electronic Hospital. He was dispatched by Mitsubishi America to repair my 60" DLP 3-D HDTV for a chip that was under warranty. Mitsubishi Fedxed the part to their office in 3 days and they called me the same day the part arrived to schedule a next-day, in-house repair. I was very pleased with the actual repair and the expertise of Tom to quickly dismantle the back of the TV and get to the crucial part for replacement. He came back a few days later - at no charge - as the part needed an additional fix and got that taken care quickly & graciously. They don't normally accept Amex payments but did accept my request to charge it to my AX card! I called Mitsubishi to let them know that I was very pleased with the service I received and of the performance of their expedited new part. They were pleased to hear directly from me so that they can, again, always recommend Electronic Hospital for any Mitsubishi work. Paul H.
