DONT GET YOUR CAR REPAIR AT THIS LOCATION. THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR 3 DAYS..THEY HAD MY CAR AND STATED THE PART WAS ON UTS WAY. THEY NEVER ORDERED THE PART FOR MY CAR. PLUS THE MECHANICS ATE NOT ASE CERTIFIED.

While visiting Williamsburg we took our vehicle for tire rotation and balancing, and were charged for both. In fact, they did NOT rotate the tires, and balanced them with a large amount of gravel buildup on the tires. Returning the following day because the shimmy was worse, they were unwilling to rebalance without the road buildup. The job had to be entirely redone. I have contacted the service center two times to ask for a bill adjustment, but heard nothing back.
