Overall my experience was 5 star. They squeezed me in so I could meet a deadline for wellness rewards at work. Dr. John was fantastic and all staff that day was very friendly. I left today after getting my glasses with a bitter taste in my mouth. The young girl who gave me my glasses did not fit them, did not give me a case and when I asked for something to read so I could make sure they worked she offered nothing. Needless to say when I returned to work and tried to use them, they were crooked and made me dizzy. I went back after work and had the most delightful little gal named Jessica who fixed my glasses, gave me the proper case and was so knowledgeable and friendly. I walked in aggravated but left very pleased. Everyone I dealt with, other than the young girl who gave me my glasses went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a good one. Kudos to Dr. John, the office staff and especially Jessica who fixed my glasses!!

Dr. Kirkland is my lifesaver or sight saver?
He always takes the time, goes over and over until my sight is clear.
He's kind, considerate and puts up with me.
I left once because he made me over cataracts but in the end I came back to him for him to tell me what the heck was going on because "they" (other ophthalmologist) )sure weren't
He does everything he has access to to see what's wrong with my eyes.
