Staples High School, located in Westport, Conn., offers education to students in grades nine through 12. It offers classes in subjects that include English, business, social studies, mathematics, science, foreign languages, information technology and physical education. In addition, the school s subjects include culinary arts, media, earth science, special education and computer science. The services offered by the school include career counseling and academic guidance. It has clubs that include computer, key, knitting, Asian cultural society and Amnesty International clubs. The school provided a variety of sports activities, such as cross country, soccer, softball, football, basketball, tracks, volleyball, lacrosse, tennis and wrestling. The extracurricular activities offered by the school include, yearbook, drama, band, choir and dancing.
