      Hall-Brooke Behavioral Health Services, with its facility located in Westport, Conn., provides care for a wide range of mental health problems, including schizophrenia, depression, substance abuse and mood disorders. It provides an integrated continuum of behavioral health and addiction services, which include inpatient, outpatient and community-based services. Individualized and goal-orientated treatment plans are developed by the multidisciplinary treatment team, in consultation with the patient, family and referring clinicians, after a full diagnostic assessment with attention to psychological, medical and social factors.
