$100 Oil Change caused $10,000 in damages!!

If you want your vehicle to maintain a function engine, then DO NOT get an oil change at this Jiffy Lube. After getting our “Oil Changed” at this location, 112 miles later our vehicle had no oil remaining in it. This little mishap cost us our company over $10,000 as we had to replace a brand new engine. Instead of Jiffy Lube owning this mistake, they sent us to their insurance company and almost 6 months later, we still do not have any sort of resolution. Jiffy Lube does not care about its customer.
