DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible service. I canceled my trip 4 months ago, haven't yet received a refund. I had to dispute my credit charge. This place is operated by unprofessional & incompetent people.

Do not go to this place. They're not human. After they sell you vacation packages, get their money, they're done with you. When you have any problems they avoid and ignore you. They have no responsibility in doing business. I made a huge mistake buying from this place, ended up loosing lots of money because of their bad & irresponsible practice. Avoid this place.

Terrible service I've ever seen in my life. It's ran by unprofessional, distrustful, heartless people. I had to cancel my trip due to a new job, agreed to pay cancellation fees. However recently I found out they didn't bother to cancel my trip, they did absolutely nothing and let me loose 100%. Those people have no hearts. Stay away from this place.

This business is very nice. It's neat and popular in little saigon.

Very friendly and good service. Knowledgeable about their business. I will continue to do my bookings with them.
