I SO regret going to this "salon." The woman cutting the hair was an absolute disaster. We brought our two boys in, who have pretty much the same haircut for the last 2 years or so. We were very specific on how we wanted it done. In the end, this was the absolute WORST haircut I have every seen. On top of that, they charge $17 for a boys haircut. That is the most expensive haircut I have ever had to pay for, and was the worst experience. The day of, she put a lot of gel in, so we didn't realize the extent of how bad the haircut was. THe next day, when we realized, we called to complain and ask for a refund. She refused a refund, and said she would "fix" the hair. I told her I had NO confidence in her ability to cut hair, and would only bring them in if someone else would do it. She said there was no one else. Big surprise! Any half decent stylist is surely working at a more reputable place. I had to take the kids to a different place to get their hair fixed, spending an additional $20.



In the end, STAY AWAY! Read the other reviews. This wasn't a unique experience we had.

I don't even know where to start with this place..

- the lady is just completely rude- basically called my son autistic and told me he should see a doctor. Who says that??!

- out of the 4 times I've been there the experiences just got worse. (And the cuts never got better ,or cheaper) she pretty much rushes through the haircuts blabbing on about her "evil mother in law " I will never come here again I've had enough! Ill go to jack ad Jill for now on

I went here with me daughter and we had the best experience ever!!!! Cathy is wonderful and does fanfastic hair cuts color and style. I told all my friends and they all love her too!!!! Just try her out, you will keep going back for more.

had my grand kids hair cut here!! what a great job kathy did. the shop is great any kids would have a ball there betwen the toys and the movies you get to watch while they get there hair cut not to mention the cheese balls in a cup.

not only do i take my grand kids there kathy also does my hair what a great job i love the color she uses and the cut just falls in place. i am getting married in dec and the only one who i will let cut my hair is the owner kathy. this place is great for all ages.

I was completely insulted by the owner.. I cannot believe the racism exhibited by her. First, she didn't do what I asked her to do, and when I asked her to stop cutting because it was getting too short, she shunned me and purposely snipped it shorter in a section in order to have to continue cutting. Then when I asked her to do the shape up she blurted out how hispanic people do that, and she's American and doesn't do that. Now, what the hell does that mean??? I'm American as well... She has some nerve!!! Completely outraged and disgusted with the treatment received and I will never return to such a locale...It was disgusting! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star...

Owner was a little eccentric. But she gave the fastest best haircut my son ever had. He is not an easy child to give a haircut to, previous experiences were 30 minute screaming nightmares. At kid cutz it was a 5 minute haircut. And he looked great!

I had a completely different experience than the other customer. My daughter's first haircut was a wonderful experience. The owner herself cut her hair and did a fabulous job! The place is clean and full of things for children. Each station has its own DVD and flatscreen TV to keep the little ones distracted while they get their haircut. There is toys, games, dress up clothes and books to keep them busy while they wait. The kids are even offered juice, cheese poofs, animal crackers and lollipops too. You can also have your child's birthday party there. I would recommend this place to any parent.

This salon (and it's staff) is not equipt to work with children of color.

My son's first haircut was a disaster at this place. First, the place was not clean. Ok, had the haircut turned out nicely, I could forgive this, but barely. His haircut was uneven (and he didn't fidget or move at all during the entire haircut), with badly cut layers and bowl-like shape. longer pieces over shorter pieces. Now we have to go to a second salon to fix this disaster. All I need is a small brown robe, rope sandals and I can dress him up like a monk.
