I have to say I really appreicate the service I received from my visit the other day to the Westfield store...my service was great...the person that helped me is Edward Z..... very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with everything I needed to set me up with a new phone and transfer another.....he spent alot of time with me and never made me feel rushed or that he had to hurry me along...he was great!!! I'd definitely go back!!!

I was very disappointed with my visit today. Yes, it is 2 days before Christmas and I am looking for an Iphone 6. This store did not have any in stock. I asked if they knew if there any other At&t store would have it. He said he did not know which is fine. So I asked him for the address and phone number for other locations. He only had one for the Union store again fine. He had mentioned that there was one in Watchung. When i asked for the store's information he said that i should look it up myself. I think that this behavior is very poor customer service. I did not ask you to look up information for an apple store or Verizon store but for an At&T store. Even if it is not a part of your franchise but it is under the umbrella of the At&T name. I live nearby and have gone there before. It would be smart to engage in good customer service even if you cannot sell a phone to someone. By the way, the store was not busy. From what I could see, there was 3 customers and 4 sales clerks. So my request for information was not impeding his ability to help another person. The sales clerk left me with a bad impression. In the past, I have had a good experiences with other sales people there. So now, I will have to really think about going there.
