Made an appointment for my Asko dishwasher, which it said on the site they service. Got confirmation via email, and they called the day before to confirm. On the day of service, they called to say they were running late. When they still did not show, I called and they told me they cancelled the appointment because they do not service Asko. They could not bother to let me know, even when they confirmed twice and called to say they were still coming, but running late. I would not have known they were not coming had I not called them. I just got a lame "sorry" followed by a chuckle. I will never, ever use them again, nor buy anything from Sears if this is the level of service I can expect from them if I need repairs.

Ugh w/Sears! When I contacted them about a Kenmore appliance issue, I was told the soonest available appt was 2 days later. Additionally, the cost would involve a $75 service fee, plus parts & labor for the actual repair. After finding a local company who arrived within three hours, it took three attempted calls to customer service before I was finally able to cancel the Sears appt. I keep wanting to believe Sears is going to be customer- riented, but always end up disappointed.
