I have owned a laundromat in Bridgeport, CT for the past 12 years. I figured it was time to upgrade some of my equipment so I called David at STN and he actually took me to another laundromat to show me some of there latest equipment. I got to talk to the owner of that laundromat and felt really secure in making my purchase. It was a wonderful experience and I was happy that David took the time to meet with me, answer all my questions, show me the product, and install the eqiupment.

I called for repair on a 60lb washer that another company tried to repair numerous times, unsuccessfully. Armand and Douglas from STN responded to my call within 24 hours, had the parts necessary to repair my washer, explained what they did, and I actually heard from their Quality control supervisor the next day to follow up. I am very satisfied and will call them for future repairs or equipment purchase considerations. Being in the dry cleaning business for 35 years, and going through a few service techs, This company is a breath of fresh air.
