Call MTW towing to jump start my vehicle. I could barely understand what was said when the guy answered the phone. When I ask if they offer jump starts he mumbled something, I said pardon me and he got pissy. I don't need that! I'm already upset because my car won't start, I don't need attitude from someone I will be PAYING. Then he told me me at least a 2 hour wait. I don't have a problem with the wait, it's that time of year. But he was ugly on the phone and didn't want to do it. There is no such thing as customer service anymore.
