I used to work there. The manager is so disgustingly rude that's it's pathetic. She has no idea how to run a company. And some of her co workers need a good slap in the mouth as well. They don't care how they talk to you in front off customers; they obviously never heard of an office and they need to get a new store manager along with some supervisors. So rude it's unbelievable.

I love shopping in your store in West Babylon but I have to tell you that 50% of the time I have to leave my items on the counter and leave...They never ever have enough cashiers on staff. And when you ask the cashiers why, they say that it's not in Marshalls budget. It is such a shame because if you look at the counters up front by the register, you will see dozens of items left there for the same reason. Either people are on their lunch hour or their small children are crying and they chose not to stay for their purchase...I hope this goes somewhere because I really do want to continue to shop in your store..
