I am a long-term Waxhaw resident and realtor who thought that this was a local company. Instead, they hire out jobs to technicians who apparently have no accountability and who are temporarily in the area. The technician, showed up in his personal car, no uniform and told us that he could fix our icemaker. The price was expensive, but we had already paid in advance for the service call and were told that it would be credited. The next day, he came back to fix it and told us we would have to call his manager in Pennsylvania because they had not received either of our payments. (This was his wife who's voicemail stated that she was a realtor--in Pennsylvania.) A total fiasco. Well, he did get it working. Four weeks later, we have the very same problem and the company says it's totally up to the technician to warranty his work--not their problem. STAY AWAY! They are total crooks. We spent around $350 for work that they won't stand by...3/12/14
