I have never had a more dedicated team helping me with every aspect of my healthcare in my lifetime experience going to the doctor. I am a recovering addict, and Dr. Cunningham and his staff, particularly Sharon and Wilson at the front desk, and the medical assistant as well. Dr. Cunningham actually takes the time to listen, and I can tell he genuinely cares about my well-being, health, state of mind, and happiness. Unlike other doctors I have seen, Dr. Cunningham definitely practices in a way that I know, that he knows, that despite not being a doctor the patient really does ( in general,) know themselves best and what helps them and what does not.
As for Sharon and Wilson at the front desk, I have never in my life experienced medical professionals who are so incredibly dedicated to their patients, and assuring they receive the card they need. Wilson and Sharon literally spent six to seven hours helping me try to fix my health insurance, even after patient appointment times were over for the day. They truly put their own needs aside and worked tirelessly and remained calm all the while dealing with a very stressful and aggravating health insurance issue. They both deserve to be recognized for going way above and beyond the call of duty. I am positive three quarters of what they have done for me today and two weeks ago, as this has been a two day problem, is not part of their job description...by far. I feel lucky to have such a caring team of professionals with my health in their hands and their over the top extra effort will not be forgotten, nor taken for granted. I would also like to mention Barbara at the front desk for her part in helping with this as well, and my medical assistant "Q" for always being friendly and non- judgemental, as is the entire staff. Anyone who is a patient at Square Medical in Watertown and deals with these fine folks is very, very lucky if you ask me.
