STAY AWAY! I went to Superior for a simple emissions test. After a simple pass, mechanic Joseph broke my drive window button. I saw it as soon as I went home. Went back about the situation, owner Ralph D'Avino (extremely rude btw) right away refused to acknowledge the situation. He says "well all we do is drive in and out. We wont touch windows". His mechanic comes in 5 seconds and admits they test windows as well. Joseph said "well the window wouldn't go down". Ralph says "Sorry but I cant help you". Your mechanic just admitted he broke my button. My window doesn't go up anymore. How can you not assist me with the situation. I was told to leave. PLEASE STAY AWAY. Don't do business with dishonest people

I have been using them for a little under a year now & I feel blessed to have found them. I had spent thousands of dollars at another garage & the problem was never resolved, THEY were the ones who recommended Superior. Just one quick ride & Ralph knew exactly what the problem was. Since I own a 2004 Mazda with 125,000 miles on it, things are going to break down. But every time I have gone to Superior Transmission, the problem has been taken care of. LOVE these guys!

I wanted to put springs in my rear (I already had the part) and they quoted me at $100. They also needed to replace the sway bar links. The parts for me to buy cost only $60. I was verbally quoted that the total cost would be, "a buck and change maybe an extra dollar".

To my surprise I get a $400 bill. When I went back to ask about the bill I was told it was just an overhead charge on the parts. I was charged a 300% overhead and that seems very steep to me.

The work was done within an hour, but the quoting process was very unprofessional. Had they been more upfront about the actual price and given me a written quote I would not have gotten the work done there.

Ride in my car and see for yourself what new feels like..

owner of a 1997 Buick Lesabre Custom which was ready for the junkyard.

because Ralph gave me a great price i was able to save the car!

went from slipping in all gears and making awful noises in the front end to solid shifting in all gears and a very quiet ride. i have already put almost 5000 miles on the rebuilt transmission and have had no issues, i am saving on gas and enjoying the ride.

Be sure to ask for Ralph when you call. get a great price on professional work.
