I called the store at 4:40 on a Sunday and some girl picked up and put me on hold for 25+ minutes until I eventually hung up. Called back and no one answered. Terrible customer service so you can say goodbye to my 100+ I was planning on spending there in thrush mufflers.

Their price may be fair but service was unfair. Two out of 2 car repairs visit car was the same or worse. Latest this pass summer 2011 too much oil in engine done by them and refusal to fix. After much prevail they plotted to unscrew transmission and motor oil to later fix myself resulting total save. Do not trust, check yourself before walking away.From waterbury, ct.
