Geek Hero is my place for electronics. I have been going there for a year now and Samir has always been helpful. He doesnt get bothered by my questions and has patience fo us illiterate people. He showed me how to use a computer. Only complaint i have is that HE WONT TAKE MY MONEY! They wont charge you for diagnostics or my little questions and issues. Prices are verry reasonable. I got my computer cleaned and tuned up, plus he added ram all for $60. Other places asked for 150+. Keep up the good work, and I will definitely be using you again

Great from top to bottom very family ran, although there not family. Haha fast service good quality and the key thing is there cheap only cost me $80 to fix the screen on my computer everywhere else it was 220+. I like these guys -Veronica your new and loyal customer

I feel like I am at home they treat me like family.Samir the young one there is so nice he understood my personal issues and gave me a huge discount repaired my Sony laptop for me. He replaced the screen and cleaned it up from viruses all in the same day. GREAT SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMEND

From the time I walked in the door, I felt relieved and secure that my PC problems (as many as they were), would be solved. The gentlemen welcomed me in, assessed the problems, explained the problems and gave me solutions-- all at a rate that was affordable to me. And with the turn around time, I had no reason to shop around. The name Geek Hero certainly fits! They are there to help with any PC need-- from purchase to repair!

Excellent Service, the front desk guy was very nice in helping to explain to me what they did to my computer, The building was remodeled and it looks a lot more organized and nicer than usual. The price was modest but the service was excellent. Great Store, I recommend to everyone.

Amazing service and great work. Took a computer in that was running slower than a turtle and got back a machine that is rocket fast. Best Buy was going to charge me over $300 to fix it. Geek Hero did it for $120!!! Don't go anywhere else, these guys are the best.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseFURIOUS with Geek Hero, took my comptuer in so they could get rid of several viruses I had. The ensured me they would back up all my info and it would be easy to access. I explained twice the payroll program for our company was on the computer, no problem I was assured it would be backed up and put back on. NOT SO MUCH after 2 days of trouble shooting they "found" the info in a total different format and can't get it put back on my payroll software....my software no longer works correctly it is a MESS. Now to figure out how to redo 2 years of payroll information!!!! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
