I had another alarm company and didn't care for them or the monthly fee. Spoke to the owner, he came out to the house, said everything looked good, we don't need to replace anything, just program you to our UL station (monitoring center) and you're good to go. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The technician came, programmed my system, showed me how to use it, and now we pay a lower monitoring fee than before... YAY :)

i had them come out after i was attacked the owner personally came out didnt try to up sell me or anything technicians on the other hand drilled through my basement into a family room wall 2.5-3 feet above the floor in the open what the hell then they took smoke breaks every 1/2 hr when i confronted him about the wire he said well what do you want me to do not very professional considering your in a licensed electricians home pretty sad i paid them to do the work and i had to show them where to drill the holes next time ill install myself and just have them program it
