Had an eyebrow tint and wax. Girl changed the shape of my eyebrows and made them very thin. Color of tint was completely gone the next day. Contacted them to say I was dissatisfied. Took three consecutive tries for them to finally reply, said they will not refund. Very dissatisfied.

I absolutely love this spa, I have gone yo the one on post road and was always satisfied. Today I am at Love Nails and Spa 2 on Bald Hill Rd. For a pedicure and I feel 10 years younger from my knees down. They are the best that I have been to over the past few years. Very attentive very clean and very pleasant. Oh yes the best back masasages also..

I have been going to this spa x3 years now and absolutely love it. From the first day to present day, they are totally professional. The salon itself is attractive and immaculate. Even when you have a bit of a wait without previous appointment, they quickly provide additional staff to accommodate. Cannot say enough. Carol

I want to know if they do fake nails but I don't know where to look and if the price is more expensive than 30 dollars but the spa is beautiful and very clean I absolutely love this spa

I went to Love Nails in December and I cannot rave enough about this place. It is clean and neat and the folks working there are very professional. I had a manicure and pedicure and the best parts were the parrafin wax AND the mini back massage. Everyone was friendly and smiling and very attentive. I will be back soon!

My first visit was Thursday 10/20 as they just recently opened. I had a powder fill, great job. Included in the price of any pedicure or manicure is a mini massage which I did not expect but very much enjoyed. Salon is beautiful and extremely clean. State of the art manicure/pedicure chairs. Prices a little higher than what I am used to paying but worth it as you feel like you truly had a SPA experience when your done. Can't wait to go back and have a pedicure in those beautiful chairs.
