Baxter's is a friendly, pleasant place to shop. I went in with broken, old pieces and with their help created new wearable pieces that I love. They make you feel like part of their family , no pressure sales, keep you in your budget and make you happy when you leave. I have a new ring that I look at every day and feel very special. Give them a try.
My Wife and I recently chose purchase our jewerly at Baxters. My wife lost her wedding band and always wanted to upgrade the setting in her engagement ring. We stopped in Baxters one evening and immediately after working with the staff we knew this was the place we were going to buy our jewerly. They worked with us and our budget. They custom designed a wedding band and engagement ring that included different design elements of 4 different rings. During the ring design process they showed us a CAD drawing as well as a wax model of the ring. Then came the real jewelry. WOW!!! I couldn't believe it was the same diamond. Top Quality work all the way around and customer servicce second to none. Thanks Baxters, you have a customer for life.

After some ten years of marriage, my wife asked that her engagement ring be re-set to match her very fancy custom made wedding ring. We went to Baxter's as we heard that Sarkis Diarbian is a master designer. After just two short weeks, he fashioned an absolutely fantastic platinum setting with unbelievable detail. The ring is nothing short of gorgeous. It looks spectacular on her finger and she was extremely impressed as was I. I found the customer service, greeting and level of professionalism outstanding. In spite of it being a truly custom made setting which my wife and Sarkis literally drew on a paper and he subsequently made a digital print for approval, the finished ring was even more impressive than we imagined and the cost was more than reasonable given the level of detail and quality of the setting and diamonds. Sarkis and Baxter's is now my "go to" jeweler in a state known for jewelry. I cannot recommend Baxter's and Sarkis enough.

Five stars is not enough to express how thrilled and satisfied I am with Baxters Fine Jewelry. Just when I thought all forms of Customer Service was gone they renewed my faith. I had extreme Customer Service from start to finish and from the top down. I would not even waste time going elsewhere. This is the BEST there is. The quality is remarkable!!! The offerings are incredible. No other jeweler can do what Baxters can!!! I am a 100% satisfied customer who will only use Baxters from now on.

I had an amazing experience at Baxter's. I had my 43 year old engagement ring reset. They designed a custom setting for me and it is gorgeous! Everyone was so professional and took so much time making sure I had exactly what I wanted. What a pleasure and I cannot stop looking at my new ring.

I have had work done on many of my pieces at Baxters and have been thrilled with all of it. Most recently they worked on my mothers wedding bands after her marquis diamond had fallen out. Sarkis worked with us for a long time in the store to discuss change he could make to the ring. Tiffany was also with us during the whole process. My mother was nervous about leaving her rings and having so much work done on them but I assured that they were safe with Baxters. We just picked up the ring yesterday and my mother was so happy that I think she hugged almost everyone in the store. The ring is very sentimental for my mother as my father passed away 7 years ago but Baxters did an amazing job. They to kept the original integrity of the ring and the diamond but at the same time made it a completely new and truly beautful ring. I couldn't ask for more from Sarkis and Tiffany through this process. The way they worked with my mother is appreciated and will keep me coming back to Baxters
My boyfriend bought a beautiful engagement ring from Baxter's. When I went in to get it sized I started looking for a wedding band. I wanted something different, gorgeous and in the budget. I had no idea what I wanted. That is all I had to say! The sales manger and sales clerk was such a tremendous help! They picked out an insert band and explained how their jeweler would solder them together - bring it in closer - etc. It was ready the next day. When I ever looked at it I honestly couldn't believe it was mine. I then had the manager, clerk and jeweler with me at the counter they wanted to make sure I was happy AND I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY! I can't thank them enough for their time, their professionalism and how genuine they all were! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

What impressed me the most on how much time he took to educate me to insure I was getting a quality product at a fair price. Baxters Jewelry is amazing. The professionalism of the entire staff are amazing. Sarkis the master jeweler created a new wedding ring for me with my diamonds, it is beyond amazing and breathtaking. We bought our wedding bands from Baxters oer 10 years ago and after visiting many other jewelers in the area, we can came back to Baxters and they were very generous with the gold I traded in and came up with a ring design that is amazing. I cant thank them enough for making my ring even more special than it was before. I would highly recommend Baxters, they take the time with you and provide excellent quality and work. I had seen an advertisement regarding a remount sale at Baxters. I had had 2 hand surgeries in the past year and my wedding band and engagement diamond would never fit again. I also had a pair of diamond earrings. All of the associates at Baxter's were wonderful! I had in mind a three diamond "anniversary band" and they knew right away how my diamonds would look the most stunning. They were also very generous on my trade-in gold. Having been to a lot of jewelry stores I didn't expect much different walking in Baxter's but I was pleasantly surprised. I inherited a diamond ring and wanted to use my diamonds in a white gold setting because I dont wear yellow gold and other jewelers told me it would be too expensive to do it. I spoke with the owner Paul and he told me we could do it and proceeded to show me pictures of what they had done for other people and starting drawing a picture of what I wanted. I wear my new ring every day and would defiantly recommend this store.

I highly recommend baxter's to anyone looking to sell old jewerly or have a professional staff assist you with sales or repair of your current jewerly. It is the most down to earth, comfortable, jewerly place i've been to.
People are very friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to buy jewelry at this store!
