After my daughter selected her pair of glasses we were told it shouldn't take more than ten days to come in. I waited until the third week to give them a call to find out if they had come in . The entire time I was given an attitude just for asking if the glasses we had ordered were in. I guess the distributor has a back order their working on and because I asked how much longer it would take before the glasses came in, which I guess upset this man, he told me he did not know but definitely another two or more weeks. A simple courtesy call to let me know what was going on would have been appreciated instead of having to call and receive attitude for absolutely no reason. A little bit of common courtesy would have been nice. I would suggest picking out a pair of eye glasses from anywhere but here.

So after finding out that apple eyewear was lying to me and blaming it on the "lab." I contacted apple eyewear and they said it was luxotica there distributor. Ok, so is it the lab or your distributor? Im confused, cause less than 4 hours ago it was the labs fault. I think someone was not expecting me to find out where that lab was and pull there card! I sent luxotica a email to there customer relations vice president and I am currently waiting for a reply as to why there is such an issue. My next steps will be contacting my local BBB and my credit card company to dispute the charge of $300.00 for products not received. On a side note I was offered a temp set of glasses till my permanent ones come in. I was asked to come in and pick a pair out so I did. $ hours later They called me and told me they could not do that pair and needed to change it to a full rim set. What ever at this point. I never in my life thought I would have to pay extra for personality, AND YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

I am giving this a one star as it is impossible to give negative star ratings. I ordered my glasses on the 2nd of december 1 hour after the store opened. I was told it would take 5-7 days for my glasses to come in. On monday the 8th i was told they were waiting on the lab to finish the anti reflective coating and they should be ready wednesday. On wednesday I went in to pick up my glasses as discussed with the lady on the phone monday. The older lady at the upstairs desk looked and the glasses were not in and she said "if we did not call you they are not here, maybe tomorrow" in a rude demanding tone. that friday I again contacted apple eyewear and they said they were waiting on the lab. I asked where the lab was but they would not tell me. they just said it was in Warwick R.I. so I drove around till i found it and asked them at the lab what the issue was and they said they were waiting on the frames from apple eyewear.
