Talked a big game and didn't deliver. Howard's here's a hint...if you are going to bad mouth the competition, you should put up or shut up. Had my lawn tractor 5 weeks. I had to call repeatedly. Finally they called and said the starter was bad. That's what I told them when I brought it in! They did manage to charge me an extra $25. Very poor customer service.

took lawnmower in to be fixed. wasn't happy with results. wrote bad review. not sure if Jeff the owner saw review or what but i got a call from him saying if I wasn't happy he wasn't happy and to bring lawnmower back to be fixed- no charge. Got lawnmower back promptly and is running good. Appreciate is effort to make things right.

I live in Hamtramck and there are no lawn mower shops, these guys are the closest to me so I called there for a part for a old craftsman lawn mower. They had the part in stock! The price was a little high and asked him to re-check it, he brought it down to a price that I could get it for online. So I went down there with 2 lawn mower blades and they sharpened and balanced them on the spot! While he got my part. No long wait times. Very impressed. I am going back there today to pick up some trimmer string and some 2 stroke oil. Highly recommend this mower shop very nice people. Will be doing business with them again and again!
