Good people and a good grooming salon. Kandy is our dog's preferred grokmer.

Their school for dogs sucks I feel I wasted 100 for nothing they taught him how to sit n 6 wks

I took my do to get his nails cut at at the grooming place in the petsmart. I been there before nothing like this has happen at least not that I know of. I took him in there,the lady prints out the paper so I could go pay at the front as I was leaving the lady puts my dog on the table to cut his nails. When I come back after paying my dog wasn't on the table. as I was standing there waiting I noticed the table that my dog was on had blood on it. One of the the lady's in there asked if I was here to pick up I said yes. So she went to the back to check for my dog. The lady that was cutting my dog's nails come to the front with my dog in her hands ( he was squealing and trying to get out of her hands) she had a towel with her as she puts my dog on the table she covers the blood with the towel. Then she ask if I could step out of the room so she could finish cutting his nails because he wasn't acting right when I was standing there. So i did a few minutes later she brings my dog out to me and didn't ever mention anything about making his nails bleed. I took him to the car and look at which nail was bleeding NOT ONE but TWO nails were bleeding. I'm never taking my dog back there again!

Great place to get dog supplies. The store carries wide range of dog food from high end to on a budget brands. never used the grooming.

The STORE in general is very good - friendly and helpful. However the GROOMING salon is another story ---



They had a groomer named Robin Biles, who was the best groomer I ever found in the area - she did a consistantly fantastic job on my little Schnauzer. And then one day she was gone - the store manager said Robin broke a couple fingers and was not able to "groom" for 6 weeks - per her doctor's orders, so they fired her!



THAT is ILLEGAL! They said they had another girl who was really good at doing Schnauzers. When I went to pickup my dog, (they make you pay first), and Oh, my God!! It was a terrible haircut! I was ashamed for anyone to see my dog! They refused to refund my money.



I think they just hire anyone - and do not require them to actually KNOW how to do different breeds - or even to ever have groomed ANY dog!
