0The apprehensions I felt prior to working with Mark were addressed by him in a warm and friendly and most importantly, patient manner. We explained our situation and he advised us as to what the law requires and how to go about filing our case. Each meeting was productive and above all, professionally friendly... which can be hard to find amongst attorneys. Our case proceeded smoothly without any hitches or repercussions, which is exactly what you want with this type of litigation.
