The apprehensions I felt prior...

The apprehensions I felt prior to working with Mark were addressed by him in a warm and friendly and most importantly, patient manner. We explained our situation and he advised us as to what the law requires and how to go about filing our case. Each meeting was productive and above all, professionally friendly... which can be hard to find amongst attorneys. Our case proceeded smoothly without any hitches or repercussions, which is exactly what you want with this type of litigation.

I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family.

Used Mark for my bankruptcy case after having an awful experience with a shady attorney

I hired a shady attorney and lost our home thanks to him not being through. then found Mark Carter he immediately told me my options and made me feel important as a client. I felt my money was well spent and that i was NOT just another file on his desk. he answered all my questions thoroughly and advised me of my legal rights. I felt completely confident in my choice of hiring him. His secretary and staff are helpful and polite in every way. Thank you Mark for giving me a great experience with such a hard point in my life. Having to face a bankruptcy is hard enough as it is and you didnt make me feel like any less of a person. I have reccomend him to anyone looking for a GOOD attorney to represent them and walk them through the process. HE WONDERFUL!!!!

Excellent staff & very caring

I called with questions and the secretary was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. I met with the attorney for a free consultation and was able to ask all of my questions. He gave me lots of good information. If I decide to go forward I will definitely use this office.
