It's a VERY long drive for me to get to this location on 3 different occasions I've called ahead and check for parts availability, and notified the person on the other end of the line that I'm traveling over 100 miles to spend my money with them, all three times I've kindly asked that the item(s) I'm seeking please be placed back so I don't waist my time and money. ALL 3 TIMES, I've arrived to find that the items I called ahead to check on and make sure I was going to have them waiting were SOLD before I got there! I've never heard so much as an apology from any of them. Being a business owner, I'll soon be a competitor all of the business from southern and southeast Iowa I can take from these guys that I can. I'll have a store stocked and opened within a month.

The staff is extremely helpful, and the variety of products and selection is fabulous!

This shop has an attitude. They think that their little cars, copters are not toys but something far greater. They don't fix a broken car or anything. They will sell you parts and tell you to install. Toys R Us is what I recommend. You can see their employees chatting away while ignoring someone who needs repairs on items bought from them.
