I was 5 minutes late to my first appointment. I understand they have to have rules regarding promptness. However, I was scolded for being late, and made to feel like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to be seen. The lady that waxed me did a fine job. However, I could go across the street to the Nail shop, and I would never be turned away. Not the best way to treat a first time customer. It was my alpha and omega. My little Chinese lady at the nail shop does just as good of a job on my brows and Im treated like a queen because they want me to come back.
