I picked up my car Friday and it looks fabulous!! During the whole process, they kept me informed about everything going on with my car When I went to pick it up, there was a sensor light that kept coming on. Although they are supposed to close at 5:00, they stayed until 6:30 to find out what the problem was and to fix it. Although being forced to get your car fixed after someone has plowed into it is a traumatic experience, these people made it as pleasant as possible. In this day of poor customer service and shoddy work, it is wonderful to know there are still companies and people who care.

I scratched my rear passenger door due to a careless mistake in a underground parking garage. Not really a major repair job but still I was nervous because my family has had some really inferior paint jobs done in the past by both dealerships and auto repair shops. I did my homework by reading all the reviews I could find. I then took my car in to 5 best rated places and got estimates. Ironically, my insurance company at their place of repair, gave me the lowest estimate. I finally selected Brown's Garage because of their very excellent reviews and the fact that they have been around for 25 years. The repair job was done within the specified time (in spite of having to haggle with the insurance company) and was beautiful! Perfectly blended like factory-new. As an added bonus, they removed a small dent not related to the mishap and detailed the car inside and out. All in all, I was very happy with their friendliness and professionalism.This was a good place to do business!
