Provided by YPmobileThe food was good, we all liked the food. Now, the margaritas were a whole other story!!! They sucked, horribly. I told waiter margaritas tasted like water with lemon, he said "well, I can add some shots of alcohol". He brought us 3 shots of cheap tequilla for 2 pitchers of margaritas. The price of a pitcher of margaritas are $25 each, 3 shots of horrible tequila were $12. So it ended up costing $62 for 2 pitchers of horrible margaritas. None of us even got a buzz!!!!! Warning people don't waste your money on any drinks, stick with just beer or soda !!!!

Provided by YPmobileI've never been so angry at a waiter! The waiter told me I was wrong and couldn't taste good from bad! After I asked to speak to a manager he said there wasn't one! I have never been more furious!

Provided by YP.comTonight we dined at Las Casuelas for a good friend's birthday. We were appalled by the horrible customer service. Half of our orders were messed up and they rudely responded to such situations. Never once did they check on us or refill our drinks. We had to get up and find a waitor to refill it for us. The waitress never asked us if we needed anything and cleared our food and drinks before we were finished. The check situation was the worst. At the beginning of the meal, we asked for separate checks and they refused. So we asked if it would be possible to pay with different cards. They said that was fine. However when we went to do so, they refused to take all of our cards, saying we had to pay with cash. It was so frustrating. We tried to talk to a manager but he was just as rude as the servers. We ended up having to use their atm to withdrawal money (which charged us an extra $4). Basically, I would call this a dining diasaster. I DO NOT reccommend this restaraunt for any large groups. While the food is good, the customer service is sadly lacking and as a customer you will be left extremely unsatisfied.
