Place was disorganized and dirty. Did not groom my dog as asked and charged $10 more than was quoted on phone.

Communication is key! We had a oops the last time I took my terrier, Short Stuff, in for grooming due to my not fully explaining how I wanted him to look. The girls listened to my concerns and wishes. Next visit was OUTSTANDING! He looks just like he is supposed to! They always treat him with love too! Thank you The Posh Pup for your good work and willingness to do the job right!

Finally a place who treats my poodle like the little person she thinks she is, and Lola loves them too :)

I have 4 dogs, from large to small, and the Posh Pup takes care of ALL of them!! It's always so clean and the stuff is super friendly and accommodating. My dogs also enjoy going there!!! Love the Posh Pup!!

My dog smelled great when we left there and the people were nice but that wasn't why I took my dog to the groomers. I paid for the shedding treatment (which was supposed to consist of Furminator shampoo and a brushing). However, when we left she was shedding more than before I took her. I do not think they brushed her but when I asked, they said they did. They said they brushed her for 10 minutes (she's a big dog so it would have taken more than 10 minutes to do a good job--I usually brush her for at least 20 minutes) and they also said she was just excited so she was shedding more. I've never heard of anything like this and needless to say, I will not be going back to the Posh Pup.
