I would prefer to give this company NO STARS!! I am getting ready to find a new company after 12 years with Saguaro. They have been taken over by a national corporation and the service is practically non-existant. You cannot pay online easily, the service is atrocious, the people are unhelpful and theirr prices increased by 50%. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

BEWARE!!! The worst service I have ever experienced! Especially the residential trash cans. Customer service was horrible and when I spoke to the sales manager I could not believe he actually has that position!! Not a good company to deal with.

Their management is unbelievably bad, sales manager does not know what he is talking about, porta-johns did not get cleaned, roll-offs are full of grafitti and you never get a size you ordered. They use old equipment, but they charge you like for a new one. Billing is another thing, they charge you for services you did not order. I would not use them even if they paid me for it!

After the Sales Supervisor Mark did not satisfy me with answers (it was really a crap and he has a horrible speaking habbits) I've talked to the General Manager. That guy has an attitude! I cancelled the service and will never come back. Trash was not being picked up as agreed and they charged me for hauls they did not do. I've got my money back after several months. The worst in Tucson.
