Horrible customer service skills. Not welcoming at all. And when they took their sweat time to charge my copay they didn't even bother to apologize or admit they messed up.

The Dentist at The Craycroft and 22nd location is one of the most pleasant and Professional individual I have ever seen in 55 years of life. Excellent Asset to Kool Sliles !

The new group of ladies that have been hired to work at the front office are horrible. They represent Kool Smiles in a bad way. One in particular, she is the first one you see when you walk in. She never smiles, she seems unhappy to help. She is very rude. I have been coming to this location for 8 years and I am ready to leave.

I had a scheduled appointment for my three
boys today at this location. The office staff was very friendly & very helpful. My insurance coverage just recently changed & staff was able to explain what I would be responsible for on my next two future visits. It's nice being able to go to an office where you can see that the staff really cares for the needs of their patients. I have been going to this location for a few years now but I must say today's visit truly made an impression on me because of the new friendly faces & spectacular customer service. Look forward to taking my kids there in the future! Thank you all at Kool Smiles East for taking care of my family today!

My son had his annual cleaning today, Kool Smiles has been taking care of my son's teeth for years, they are the best. We trust the people who work there and are satisfied with the work and the referrals they send us to. The office was really professional and clean. The TV's and the technology that you see inside the dentist chair was out of this world. Kool Smiles gives us the best service with friendly smiles and warming welcomes. Thank you Clarissa Romero for helping us out through all these years, she is a exceptional worker and knowledgeable.

My daughter's 1st dental visit was Amazing thanks to the team at Kool Smiles! We were taken in as a walk in appointment and the front office staff were super friendly and accommodating. When we were brought back, all the staff were so enthusiastic and helpful. Dr. C and Katherine (hygienist) were very patient, caring, and did a phenomenal job engaging my daughter and making her so comfortable. Now she says that she loves going to the dentist and cannot wait to come back!!

My kids had 4pm appointments. After I got a call for my 17 year old saying that the scheduling office made a mistake they cant see a 17 year old after 3pm he needed to be rescheduled. I took my 3 younger children for their appointments. They had 4pm appointments at 445 pm they were called back and did the instructions. At that time we were told they were still way behind and it would be another 45 minutes before they would be seen. Every time we have some issues with the kids appointment times. One insurance only gets seen on Monday and Wednesdays. Always something with this office.

Yesterday my 2 boys had a cleaning appt with this wonderful staff. Every staff member and including the Dr's are fantastic when it come to the children. Now they can start school with a great Koolsmiles!����

I was very disappointed. My oldest was having some dental work done and they wouldn't allow me back in the room with her with my other children. This was very frustrating for me. As a single mother, it is very hard to get someone to watch my other children. This is supposed to be a place for kids but they didn't seem very kid friendly. I ended up having to reschedule the appointment, which leads to my next concern. I told the lady up front that I would need to call and reschedule because I was unsure when I would be able to get someone to watch my other children. She said I HAD to make another appointment right now. When I tried to explain my situation, she didn't seem to care. I do not feel like this place caters to families or their situations, which is odd for a place that is supposed to be for children.

The dental staff was very rude and lectured my son on having his tongue pierced. I am his mom not the staff.

Company really works with scheduling appts that are very convinent, The staff is all seemily nice. My only rather large complaint is my oldest son was not completely numb when they started working on him, this is twice now same dentist.. This last appt, I even had to take him to his doctor because they grinded on him so hard he was complaining his jaw hurt so bad it was broken.( it wasnt or my review would look way diffrent after 4 days he was good). My only other complaint but nothing on the company but it feels like you step into a third world country there so if you are ok with the constant hard stares while waiting for your children you will be ok..

The staff is amazing! Dr. Nguyen and Deborah were a great team. I had a great experience. My appointment went by quicker than anticipated, they were very friendly, and always made sure I was comfortable. I always recommend this office to my family and friends.

WE LOVE KOOL SMILES! Everyone was so polite and helpful. Our hygienist Edna was so great with my son and our Dental Assistant Jeanette was so gentle with him and took the time to answer all my questions.They have such a great staff.

He is looking forward to his next appointment and since they will see parents as well, I've already scheduled my appoinent.

Elena and Dr nielson were so helpful and my daughter loved them she was not scared one bit i will always recommend friends and famiky to go there such great staff

I always take my child to Kool Smiles and Dr.Nielsen is so great with Ella and when we need to make another appointment Clarissa is good at getting us back in soon, We never have to wait more then 2 weeks, Overall the office is great

Very friendly and excellent service. It was my son's first dental experience and Jeanette, Denise and Dr. Babych made sure my son received the best treatment possible and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. He was really scared since it was his first time at the dentist but they talked him down as much as possible. I highly recommend this office.
