I had a good experience and felt they handled our Daisy with care. We had them pick her up at the Emergency Vet, which did not open till 5:30, a half hour after Heavenly Pet closed. They had no problem with that. When I picked up Daisy's ashes I was impressed with their facilities. It was just like a funeral home. The staff was very caring and courteous. I will use Heavenly Pet Memorials in the future.

These people are extremely insensitive to the pain and trauma of losing a beloved pet. I had an awful and horrific experience with this place!! I'm truly surprised they are still in business.
