Best Chinese food in town

This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant in Topeka, but then they halved the size of their crab rangoons while leaving the price the same. While the rest of the menu didn't change, it's to me the principle of charging the same price for half the portion, even if it's just the crab rangoons, what's next?

This is the place if you favor rice noodles (i.e. wheat issues). Chow Mei Fun is the best I've ever had and you get a LOT for the price. I've had other dishes too and it's all very tasty. My daughter enjoys chicken fried rice and egg rolls (teenager). :) I call to pick up 10 minutes before I leave work and with the drive through, I'm home with scruptious hot meal without skipping a beat.Enjoy! ~Downtown Office Worker
