I went and had dinner on 2/26/13 with my brother and boyfriend. Our experience was terrible. We sat at the bar area because they would not serve fish and chips in the dining area. As we sat at the bar area and the only once in this area at the time which was 5:45pm the bartender talked with a server for about 10 minutes before coming over to take our drinks which you would think the other server in the dining would let the bartender know what our drinks were. We waited so long for our meals, had to ask a busboy to clear our plates, no refills unless we asked the server who was too busy to come over to our table. Within an hour the place was fill and only one bartender attending to the bar and all the tables in the lounge. We asked another server if we can order desert from her and she said no we have to ask our server. When you're paying these prices you deserve at least good service. For what you're paying you might as well go to Ruth Chris or Morton's and get excellent service and pay just a little more. I will not come back and will not recommend any of my friends to Gambling Cowboy Chophouse. Sorry, but bad experience is not worth coming back to.
