We recognize that your needs may extend beyond these hours so we offer 24/7 access through our online booking tool and after hours assistance center. We are very proud of our staff, their industry knowledge averaging 19 years, and their longevity with BTI in an industry where turnover is very high. Our goal is to offer our customers value-added services that extend beyond a typical travel agency. With the current state of the travel industry, BTI recognizes that our 24-hour service is more valuable than ever to our customers. BTI also provides a toll-free number through our Syracuse office during business hours or our 24/7 service center, after hours. After hours consultants can access your traveler's personal profile information, company specific information, as well as existing reservations booked through our online tool. They will document call details in the agent's computer system so that we are kept informed and can handle any necessary follow up.
