I ordered a dozen roses at 9:30 AM to be delivered by 3:00PM to my wife before she would leave the office. I called the florist 3 times to make sure the roses were delivered on time. The roses were not delivered until 4:00PM. My wife had already left. They had no sense of urgency in making sure the delivery was made on time. They let me down. I will never use this florist again.
