We purchased a $700 pool cleaning robot. It did not work and when we returned it a few days later, they made us contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer had us return it to store. After I went back & forth to the store several times over a month, they finally told me to come in and get the repaired climber. IT STILL DIDN'T WORK! Overall, the woman who owns the store was very rude and condescending, they do not stand behind their products and they do not have any customer service skill. Finally, we will have to reverse the charge on our credit card. I will not shop there again.
